Our physicians see an average of 15 patients per day, allowing more time to provide personalized care without the pressures of a traditional high-volume practice.

What You'll Do
Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care, including preventive services and chronic disease management.
Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions.
Develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate specialist referrals.
Order and interpret diagnostic tests and prescribe appropriate treatments.
Perform minor office-based procedures as clinically appropriate.
Collaborate with and provide appropriate clinical supervision to healthcare team members.
Maintain accurate electronic health records and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
What We're Looking For
MD or DO degree with completed accredited residency training in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
Current, unrestricted Florida medical license and DEA registration.
BLS certification; ACLS may be required.
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and leadership skills.
Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR/EHR).
Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care and improving patient outcomes.

Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
Completion of accredited residency training in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or related primary care specialty.
Current unrestricted state medical license.
Board certification or board eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
DEA registration.
Basic Life Support (BLS); Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) may be required.
Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care.
Ability to supervise and collaborate effectively within a healthcare team.
Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR/EHR).
Cultural competency and community-oriented care focus.
