Northwell Health is seeking a fulltime Primary Care Physician to join a brand-new location in Litchfield Crossings, New Milford, CT (85 miles from NYC and 14 miles north of Danbury), affiliated with New Milford Hospital in New Milford, CT. The practice will provide one stop care for primary care, rheumatology, endocrinology, pulmonary and cardiology. The location is newly renovated in a well-traveled area. This is an opportunity to work with other PCPs in a collegial environment known for exceptional care and strong community relationships. On-call is limited with nurse triage as first call. Internal Medicine and Family Medicine candidates are encouraged to apply. The practice will be limited to treating ages 18+.

We’re seeking a compassionate, missiondriven physician dedicated to delivering comprehensive care for a diverse adult patient population. You’ll partner with skilled multidisciplinary staff to manage acute and chronic conditions while promoting wellness across an entire panel of patients.
You’ll also enjoy working in a fully outpatient setting with a stateoftheart, systemwide integrated electronic health record, ensuring seamless communication and coordination across hospitals and practice sites.

Job Requirements:
- MD or DO with CT State License, Federal DEA and State Controlled Substance Registration
- Have successfully completed a Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine Residency.
- Experienced Primary Care Physicians and new grads Residents are welcome to apply, Chief Resident experience preferred for possible leadership role
- Must be Board Certified or be Board Eligible
- Off-hour coverage – Shared among multiple providers, phone-calls only, with nurse triage
