SSM Health is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join a brand-new, state-of-the-art primary care clinic located inside the Chesterfield YMCA. Opened in 2026, this innovative practice was designed to support whole-person care through a collaborative, team-based model and offers a unique opportunity to establish a thriving practice in one of the fastest-growing areas of metropolitan St. Louis.

Role & Schedule:

• Full-time
• Monday through Friday schedule
• 100% outpatient practice
• No inpatient responsibilities

Qualifications:

• MD or DO
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
