A thriving 50-bed, Level III trauma hospital and associated clinic system is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine physician to join their 11-person Primary Care physician team.

Position Overview:
• 4-day work week with no call, weekends, or nights.
• Flexible Hours: 7:00-3:00, 8:00-4:00, 9:00-5:00, 10:00-6:00.
• Dedicated Medical Assistant for Each Provider.
• Women's Health Focus in Clinic.
• EPIC EMR with Virtual Scribe Tools.
• Mentorship Offered for New Graduates.

Compensation & Benefits:
• $344,000+ Base Salary + wRVU (based on experience).
• Up to $20,000 Quality Incentive Bonus.
• Up to $90,000 Sign-On Bonus.
• Up to $200,0000 in Student Loan Repayment.
• Residency stipend of $2,000/month.
• Comprehensive benefits including 8 weeks PTO, $20,000 relocation, CME, etc.
