• 100% outpatient Family Medicine with the option to incorporate and grow aesthetics
• Manageable volume of 15-20 patients per day, allowing time for quality care
• 4.5‑day workweek with dedicated, protected administrative time
• Join a collaborative care model alongside 2 primary care physicians, 2 APPs, a general surgeon, and a physician‑friendly administration

Compensation & Benefits:
• Competitive guaranteed base salary for years one and two
• $90,000 recruitment bonus
• $3,000 reimbursement for Texas medical license, DEA, and professional association fees
