Piedmont Healthcare is establishing an Internal Medicine residency program at Piedmont Atlanta Hospital.A central part of the residency training experience will the ambulatory practice.The resident clinic will be at a new practice at Piedmont Primary Care at Cumberland Boulevard.

The ideal provider will have a passion for medicine and education, a proven track record for delivery quality patient care, and the desire to continue building a practice.This position will supervise residents and see patients independently with their own panel of patients.The position will also be required to provide education for resident trainees.Additionally, as the largest healthcare system in the State of Georgia, Piedmont Healthcare has future opportunities for physicians interested in leadership.

Requirements & Highlights:

Medical Degree (MD or DO)

BC/BE Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

Active license in Georgia or eligible to obtain

Commit to a full time Monday Friday workweek

Ability to provide primary care services to all ages appropriate to specialty

Services: Well Visits, Annual Exams, Sick Visits, Sports Physicals, Vaccinations &Immunizations
