Practice Features:
• Team of 4 Board-Certified hospitalists within a larger group of 14 providers, including 10 physiatrists
• Inpatient only - no outpatient responsibilities
• EPIC EMR system
• Focus on medically complex rehab patients
• Rotating weekend call: 1:4 schedule

Responsibilities:
• Direct inpatient care: assessment, treatment, care planning, and discharge coordination
• Collaboration with physiatrists and multidisciplinary teams
• Communication with families and community physicians for continuity of care
• Accurate documentation to meet compliance standards
• Active role in fostering positive work culture
