FP/IM Opportunity in South Carolina

You've built your clinical skills-now put them to work in a role designed for steady weekdays and real autonomy. This is a Family Practice/Internal Medicine opportunity focused on rounding in skilled nursing facilities with strong on-site APP support. Practice Overview

• You'll provide attending care across a set group of skilled nursing facilities with consistent weekly locations
• Team model includes on-site NPs/PAs (M-F, 8a-4p) plus medical assistants to support daily workflow
• Typical daily volume around 16-18 patients, with a rounding-first approach

Schedule

• Monday-Friday schedule with morning rounding; finish charting from home or stay onsite-your choice
• No scheduled nights or weekends, supporting a predictable work-life rhythm

Compensation & Benefits

• Up to $270,000 (based on experience), guaranteed for the life of the contract
• Annual bonus incentive
• Medical director pathway once established: additional $3,000-$5,000/month
• 4 weeks of PTO plus 8 paid holidays

Candidate Requirements

• MD/DO required
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• New graduates welcome (open to 2026 and 2027 fellows/graduates)
