Collaborative primary care group north of Minneapolis, Minnesota, seeks a BE/BC Family Medicine physician to join a well-established, six‑physician practice.

Position:

• Mix of outpatient and inpatient care
• Low patient volume: 8-12 patients per day
• Schedule: 4‑day work week
• Opportunity for future leadership, if desired
• $300K base + RVUs
• $150,000 sign-on bonus + $10,000 relocation assistance
• 40 days PTO
