The practice offers the time and infrastructure to deliver highly personalized, relationship-based primary care—with substantially lower patient volume and longer appointments than traditional primary care.

Position Highlights

Established concierge patient panel
Average 8–10 patients daily
30–60 minute appointments
Panel cap of approximately 450 patients
4.5-day workweek
Dedicated nurse and clinical support
Outpatient-only practice
No hospital call
No RVU requirements
Established concierge organization and practice infrastructure
