Were seeking a passionate and driven Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join our Primary Care - Lowell team in Lowell, Michigan. Opportunity Details
- Position Type: Full-time (1.0 FTE)
- Schedule: Enjoy 36 hours of direct patient care and 4 hours of protected administrative time, spread over 4 to 4.5 days per week.
- Location: 1120 W Main St, Lowell, MI
- Specialty: Family Medicine
- Team Size: The practice will be staffed with four providerstwo physicians and two APPsworking together in a highly supportive environment.
- Call Requirements: No on call for APPs

- Brand-new Primary Care office for the organization with an early Summer 2027 targeted grand opening!
- Full-spectrum primary care: APP will manage your own patient panel, providing diagnosis, treatment, and preventive care across all age groups.
- Modern, supportive facility: The new office will have 12 exam rooms for Primary Care and feature on-site Urgent Care and Radiology services.

Requirements
- Experience preferred
- Board certified prior to employment
- Active Michigan medical license (or ability to obtain)
- DEA license
Duties & Responsibilities
A typical day may include:
- Providing direct patient care
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Participating in teaching and mentoring
- Documenting in Epic EMR
- Engaging in quality improvement initiatives
- Supporting community health efforts
