Were seeking a passionate and driven Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join our Primary Care - Lowell team in Lowell, Michigan. Opportunity Details

• Position Type: Full-time (1.0 FTE)
• Schedule: Enjoy 36 hours of direct patient care and 4 hours of protected administrative time, spread over 4 to 4.5 days per week.
• Location: 1120 W Main St, Lowell, MI 
• Specialty: Family Medicine
• Team Size: The practice will be staffed with four providerstwo physicians and two APPsworking together in a highly supportive environment.
• Call Requirements: No on call for APPs
• Additional details:
  • Brand-new Primary Care office for the organization with an early Summer 2027 targeted grand opening!
  • Full-spectrum primary care: APP will manage your own patient panel, providing diagnosis, treatment, and preventive care across all age groups.
  • Modern, supportive facility: The new office will have 12 exam rooms for Primary Care and feature on-site Urgent Care and Radiology services.

Requirements

• Experience preferred
• Board certified prior to employment
• Active Michigan medical license (or ability to obtain)
• DEA license

Duties & Responsibilities

A typical day may include:

• Providing direct patient care
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
• Participating in teaching and mentoring
• Documenting in Epic EMR
• Engaging in quality improvement initiatives
• Supporting community health efforts
