The Opportunity - 50/50 Clinical + Teaching
Enjoy a balanced schedule (transitioning to 4x10s) that keeps you engaged clinically while giving you protected time to teach, lead, and grow.
Teaching & Mentorship (50%)
- Precept and mentor up to 4 Fellows at a time
- Participate in NP/PA didactics and curriculum development
- Work primarily with Fellows, plus rotating NP/PA students
- Dedicated, protected admin and teaching time
Clinical Practice (50%)
- Full-spectrum Family Medicine: peds, women's health, chronic care
- Manage ~15-20 patients per full day (10 per half-day)
- Collaborative, team-based environment with physician support
- No call - strong work-life balance
Who We're Looking For
- NP or PA with 3+ years in Family Medicine
- Interest in teaching, mentorship, or academic growth
- Experience or interest in underserved populations
- Bonus if you bring skills in women's health, pediatrics, geriatrics, or procedures
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $126,000 - $176,400
- Productivity + quality bonuses
- Sign-on bonus: up to $50K (eligibility dependent)
- Loan repayment support (internal + external guidance)
- CME: $3,600 + 56 hours annually
