About InnovAge
InnovAge is the nation's largest provider of the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE), dedicated to helping older adults live independently in their homes and communities for as long as safely possible. For more than 35 years, InnovAge has delivered comprehensive, coordinated healthcare and supportive services to seniors who are eligible for nursing home level care but prefer to maintain their independence.

Company History
InnovAge began operating as a PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) organization in 1989. The organization was founded in Colorado with a mission to help frail seniors remain living independently in their homes and communities rather than moving to nursing homes.
1989: InnovAge was founded in Colorado as a PACE organization.
1990-1991: The organization began operating under names such as Total Longterm Care/Total Community Care as it expanded its PACE services.
Today: InnovAge is the largest PACE provider in the United States based on participants served, operating centers across multiple states, including Colorado, California, Florida, New Mexico, Pennsylvania, and Virginia.
As of its 35th anniversary celebration in 2025, InnovAge reported that it had served more than 25,000 seniors since its founding and continued to focus exclusively on the PACE model.
Notable Accomplishments / Recognition
InnovAge is proud to share that it has been recognized as one of TIME's America's Best Companies of 2026, becoming the only Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly organization included on this year's list.
