Arizona Mohs Surgery & Dermatology, PLLC, is a dermatology practice dedicated to the comprehensive evaluation and treatment of skin cancer, psoriasis, rosacea, acne, rashes, and other dermatologic conditions.
Dr. Anir Dhir specializes in Mohs micrographic surgery and the most advanced and elegant reconstructive techniques. He is double board-certified in both Dermatology and Micrographic Dermatologic Surgery. Shelby Coplen, PA-C, Taylor Foxworthy, PA-C, and Tabitha Bayne, PA-C, have practiced Dermatology for many years and joined our team from 2024 to 2026. They are experts in skin cancer screenings, treatment of skin cancer, and treatment of rashes, psoriasis, rosacea, and acne.

Company History
As modern medicine has become more impersonal and rushed, many of us miss the days when physicians and staff took the time to provide kinder, higher quality, and more individualized care.
From 1999 to 2015, Dr. Dhir was a partner with Dermatology Associates of Kentucky in Lexington. He was the busiest Mohs surgeon in Kentucky, where he performed 30,000 Mohs surgeries with a cure rate of over 99.5% and an infection rate of 0.2%.
After raising their children, Dr. Dhir’s love of the Southwest and recognition of Tucson’s skin cancer epidemic and lack of timely access led him and Nathalie to relocate to Tucson in 2017. Dr. Dhir practiced with a local practice for 3 years before opening Arizona Mohs Surgery & Dermatology in 2020. In Tucson, he and his team have performed 17,000 Mohs surgeries. His goal is to use his significant Mohs surgical and ASC management experience to deliver compassionate, ASC-level surgical care in a less expensive, more comfortable office setting.

Shelby Coplen, PA-C, Taylor Foxworthy, PA-C, and Tabitha Bayne, PA-C, joined our experienced team from 2024-26. Shelby has practiced medical & surgical dermatology in Tucson since 2018, and Taylor has worked in both dermatology and pediatrics. Tabitha has practiced Dermatology since 2015 at Massachusetts General Hospital, Tucson, and then Oregon. They also previously all worked together at another local practice. They are experts in skin cancer screenings, non-Mohs treatment of skin cancer, and treatment of rashes, psoriasis, rosacea, and acne.
Our facility was constructed using the highest quality, "Made-in-the-USA" components and local Tucson talent wherever possible. Over 94% of our building materials, furnishings, fixtures, and equipment is manufactured in the United States, with some surgical instruments and our Zeiss microscope sourced from Germany, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom. Other than our Apple iMacs and iPads, very few items were sourced from China and only when no other viable option was available.
