Full-Time | $400K Base | Up to $600K Total Potential
Private Longevity Practice is seeking an Internal Medicine physician to lead a premium concierge primary care offering within our structured membership model.
This is a capped-panel, prevention-focused role designed for physicians who value depth over volume and long-term relationships over throughput.
Position Highlights
- Guaranteed $400,000 base salary from Day 1
- Total earning potential up to ~$600,000
- Capped panel of approximately 300 patients
- Premium concierge access model (including 24/7 availability tier)
- No RVUs, no insurance churn, no volume quotas
