Opportunity Highlights
• Daytime shifts: 7:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m.
• Flexible 7 on/7 off block schedule
• Moderate patient volume with an average census of 11
• 24/7 EICU support through the University of Wisconsin
• Comprehensive on-site services, including Lab, X Ray, CT, Respiratory Therapy, EKG, Ultrasound, MRI, and DEXA

Compensation Details
• Employed position with a guaranteed ongoing salary of $350,000+ plus bonuses
• Incentives include a negotiable sign on bonus, $10K relocation assistance, a $10K CME stipend, and student loan repayment
• Full benefits package, including 401(k) with 6% match, 457 deferred compensation, and malpractice coverage
