Schedule

• Part-time: Mondays 7am-12pm, Tuesdays & Thursdays 12pm-5pm
• Pick up 1-3 days weekly
• No meal break required; compact shifts

Cases and Procedures

• Preventive, acute, and episodic care
• Patients age 2 and older; <10% pediatric
• No procedures required

Requirements

• Board Certified or Eligible in Family Medicine
• Active Kentucky license required
• BLS and DEA certifications
