Description
A community-focused, nonprofit 25-bed hospital in West Texas is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine physician to join a collaborative primary care team in a rural outpatient setting.Opportunity
• Join a well-established team of experienced Primary Care physicians with APP support
• Outpatient only | 4-day work week option available
• Option to subspecialize, do procedures, and/or obstetrics
• Hospital-employed with guaranteed salary, wRVU bonus potential, and 40K sign-on bonus
• Moonlighting option available for additional income | 400K+ potential
• Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and PTO
• Malpractice insurance, CME (7K and 10 days), and 10K relocation allowance
• Matching 401k - hospital matches 250%
• 2027 grads welcome - residency stipend and loan assistance available
