Jorgensen Family Medicine is a physician-owned independent primary care clinic in Roseburg, Oregon. We’re looking for a motivated PA to join our team.

Our clinic emphasizes long-term patient relationships, efficient workflows, and a supportive environment where providers can focus on delivering high-quality care in an enjoyable work setting.

Position Highlights

Outpatient only – no inpatient rounding
Minimal call: phone only, shared rotation(negotiable)
Well-established clinic with strong community ties

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive primary care to patients across the lifespan
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions with a focus on prevention and education
Build and maintain long-term patient relationships
Coordinate care with specialists and community resources
Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EHR
Participate in limited after-hours call (phone only, negotiable)

Requirements

Physician Assistant (PA)
Current Oregon license, or ability to obtain and DEA
Clinical experience in primary care preferred
Strong communication skills and commitment to patient-centered care
