Description

SSM Health Dean Medical Group in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin (WI) seeks an outpatient family medicine physician to join their team of 3 physicians and 6 advanced practitioners.

Compensation:
- Base guarantee of $290,000 - negotiable based on skills and experience
- $150,000 sign-on bonus or student loan repayment - forgiven over three years
- Relocation assistance
- Comprehensive benefits package

Position Details:
- Outpatient only with a 4-day work week and part-time options available
- No Call
- 18-20 patients per day
- Brand-new facility with state-of-the-art equipment
- Team focused on true patient-centric and quality care
- Option to pick up inpatient shifts, but not required
- EMR-EPIC and Dax Co-pilot available
- Physician leadership is valued and kept top of mind with SSM's dyad leadership model
